I care, winter tires cost less than bumping one thing with a car. (should anyway)

For sure bud. I don’t understand how anyone could not run them out here (*cough City of Saskatoon cough*)

So if it’s only not winter about 6 weeks each year why switch them out at all?

Wear and tear with warmer weather in the summer. We’ve been without snow since early May, so it’s fair enough to run all seasons.

Two hours?? I was glad I only had to wait about 15 minutes when I got tires mounted last week. Although I paid way way too much... Since I bought the tires online and brought them, I got hosed on mounting fees. It was like $160 for mounting/balancing/disposal.

And to those of us not born here, S pring field and S helbyville both suck. We should team up and pull Y orkton’s pants down or something.

I got my tires mounted yesterday and was there nearly 2 hours. That price is definitely a bit high, only cost me $100 for all 4.
Got the same set of Nokians as you and am excited about them.

It would have been like $100 if I bought the tires from them. But America’s tire won’t sell that tire to me. I want to find a shop that sells them but nobody wants snow tires in socal lol. Solid choice though!

This is Canada FFS everyone should have a set of winters on during winter. I think each province should have their own mandates for them. Even here in Vancouver the temperatures from Mid Nov - Mid Mar are below what people should be running on a 3 season. I don’t give a toss if we only get 1 or 2 snow weeks, there’s a solid 3mo people should really be on winter tires.
I change my set when it becomes a high of 10C both ways.

Quebec mandates them between December 15th and March 15th, if I recall correctly. Saskatchewan and Ontario do not require them. It’s absurd.

Vikingcontact 7s. Should be good for the snow and ice.
